Office Secretary

Job Type:

Full Time (Monday - Friday)


 

Duties will include:

Greet and assist walk-in customers

Enter data for various time and material reports

Maintain accurate inventory of materials

Other business administrative tasks as necessary


 

Qualifications:

Must be motivated and willing to work with other office staff

Experience in Microsoft Excel

Experience in Accounting Software preferred
